Late in the afternoon of Saturday, May 31, past and present members of the White Horse Ambulance gathered at the Salisbury Township Park in Gap for a picnic to celebrate White Horse Ambulance’s 50th Anniversary.\
\
The day started out as cloudy and wet, but the rain clouds parted just in time for the picnic to start. Just as everyone was starting to gather at the park, Station 4-9 Fire and EMS were alerted to respond to an auto accident with entrapment in the 300 block of Churchtown Road in Salisbury Township (please see separate story).\
\
As the accident call ended, some of the members whom left the picnic filtered back to join those that were not on the call.\
\
A good time was had by all that attended, and many in attendance agreed that the picnic may have to become an annual event.\
