Tree and wires on Wanner Road

At 8:18PM on Friday, December 4, Station 4-9 was dispatched to the intersection of Red Hill and Wanner Roads in Salisbury Township for a tree which had fallen into the utility wires.\

Chief Engineer Welsh and Deputy Chief Beyer both arrived on the scene and confirmed the location to be east of the intersection on Wanner Road. Squad 4-9 and Engine 4-9-1 arrived on the scene, and after confirming there to be no danger, crews proceeded to saw the tree limbs and safely remove them from the lines and the roadway.\
