Tanker assist in East Lampeter Township

At 2:20 PM, on Tuesday, December 8, the Ronks Fire Company (Station 4-8), along with mutual aid, were dispatched to the 070 block of South Ronks Road in East Lampeter Township for the commercial building fire.\

Units responded and advised of a working fire fire at a welding business, and quickly requested additional resources. Tanker 4-9 was dispatched at 2:30, and arrived on the scene at 2:45. The Tanker was one of 13 tankers on the assignment and supplied water to the fire ground operations. Tanker 4-9 cleared the scene at 3:24 PM and returned to station\
