On the evening of February 8, at 9:49PM, just as the final members were leaving the station following the monthly company business meetings, a collision was heard and seen at the intersection of White Horse Road and Old Philadelphia Pike in front of the station.\

Chief 4-9 (R. Gossert), Deputy 4-9 (J. Beyer), Squad 4-9, and Ambulance 4-9 all responded immediately within seconds and found a two vehicle accident blocking the intersection. Chief 4-9 notified Lancaster County 911 of the incident. Ambulance 4-9 checked the occupants of the vehicle who fortunately were not injured. Squad 4-9 controlled scene hazards and assisted with traffic control.\

The Pennsylvania State Police investigated the incident.\
\
Blanks Towing arrived on the scene and removed the pickup, which was unable to leave under its own power. The sedan drove away under its own power after being released by the State Trooper.\
