Vehicle Accident at Route 340 & Hershey Church Road

At 7:53AM on Friday, September 5, Ambulance 4-9 and Engine 4-9-1 were dispatched to the intersection of Route 340 and Hershey Church Road in Salisbury Township for a vehicle accident.\

Arriving units found two sedans that had collided and traveled into a neighboring yard. Engine 4-9-1 controlled scene hazards; Ambulance 4-9 transported one person to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries; two other persons involved in the collision refused treatment.\

The Pennsylvania State Police investigated the incident.\
\
The final units cleared the scene at 8:43 AM\
