On the brisk evening of Monday, October 29, Engine 4-9-1 and a few members of the Fire Police traveled to Honey Brook to participate in the Honey Brook Lions’ Club Annual Halloween parade.\

The parade started at Schnure Manufacturing on Suplee Road, and traveled west on Route 322 trough Honey Brook Borough, traveled south on Railroad Avenue, and ended at the Honey Brook Fire Company on Firehouse Lane. After the parade, everyone was invited to the engine bays of the fire house, where the Lions’ Club treated to cookies and cider.\

The parade itself featured the Twin Valley High School band, various floats, local organizations, local businesses, and fire apparatus from Honey Brook, White Horse, Martins Corner, Wagontown, Glenmoore, Twin Valley, Blue Ball and Churchtown. The fire apparatus also provided lighting for the parade itself. The judges stand was in front of the Shell gas station on Route 322.\

Engine 4-9-1 was assigned to light the intersection of Route 322 in Honey Brook Borough, while Station 4-9 Fire Police controlled traffic at Cambridge Road & Route 10 in Honey Brook Township. After the end of the parade passed, Engine 4-9-1 joined in the parade until the end of the parade route.\
