Ambulance and Squad assist at Leacock Township accident

At 9:02AM on Monday, June 6, the Intercourse Fire Company, along with mutual aid, was dispatched to the intersection of Old Philadelphia Pike and New Holland Road in Leacock Township for a vehicle accident.\

Lancaster County Communications advised of a truck into a tree, with a horse and buggy involved.\

At 9:04, Ambulance 4-9 was dispatched to the scene to assist with EMS operations. Squad 4-9 was dispatched at the scene at 9:08 to assist with traffic control, and also assisted with setting up the landing zone for Pennstar 4.\

The patient was removed from the wreckage at 9:54AM.\
\
Ambulance 4-9 cleared the scene and returned to station at 9:26. Squad 4-9 cleared the scene at 11:37AM.\
