Chester County Firefighter’s family needs help

There will be a softball tournament in Downingtown, Chester County the last weekend of Aug (25th & 26th) in Christopher Reeder’s memory. For those of you who did not know Chris, he was a local firefighter & EMT who very suddenly passed away earlier this month. Chris worked with Uwchlan Ambulance being primarily stationed at Martins Corner Fire Company. He also volunteered at Honey Brook Fire Company, where he was a past EMS Captain and past President. Chris also served as an EMS Instructor at numerous agencies in the area.\

All proceeds from this tournament will benefit Chris’s family, whom is in need of financial assistance. The more people who know about this worthwhile cause, the more participants, and thus more money can be raised.\
\
Please help in getting this to as many people as we can in the hopes of making it a great success and raising as much as possible.\
\
Donations of food to be sold and prizes to be raffled off at the tournament such as sports memorabilia, local restaurant gift certificates, and much more are also needed. If you have anything or know of anyone that can be contact to get such items, it would be deeply appreciated!\
