At 3:48 PM on Wednesday, November 25th, Station 49 Fire & EMS, along with mutual aid EMS, was dispatched to the intersection of Route 897 (Springville Road) and Friendship Lane in Salisbury Township for a vehicle accident.
Lancaster County 911 was reporting a three vehicle accident blocking the roadway, with one vehicle overturned; with a report of two injuries.
Units arrived on scene and confirmed the report, controlling scene hazards and tending to those that were involved in the collision.
Ambulance 49-1 and Medic 4-40 transported to a local hospital, while Ambulance 37-1 and Medic 4-30 obtained patient refusals.
Units cleared the scene at 5:44 PM
