The Officers and Members of the Salisbury Township Fire Company #1 would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Gap Fire Company and the Slaymaker family on the loss of life member Nelson Slaymaker.
Nelson faithfully served Station 42 for many years including serving as Trustee, Engineer, and Captain. He also served as a dispatcher for Lancaster County 911
Nelson is survived by his son Chris, who also serves Station 42 as a lieutenant, and also works as a dispatcher for Lancaster County 911.
