March came in like a lion for a lot of fire companies including the White Horse Fire Company,

The morning started out with a CO Alarm at 6:08 in the 300 block of Mount Vernon Rd.

Later the wind kicked up bringing it's share of challenges.

At 12:06 hours Tanker was dispatched to the 2900 Block of Best Rd in Caernarvon Township for a Trash and Brush fire. Upon returning from that fire Tanker came across a small brush fire in the 1900 Block of Beaver Dam Rd.

Around 15:10 Hours Engine 49-2 responded to Mount Vernon Rd and Route 30 for a vehicle accident. Assisting Gap Fire Company as they were out on a brush fire.

At 15:38 hours Tanker and Squad responded to the 100 Block of Baldwin Rd to assist Wagontown Fire Company on a brush fire.

At 15:45 hours Engine 49-2 was alerted by radio to assist Mondena Fire Company on the 1000 block of Laurel Rd in Newlin Township for a large brush fire over 15 acres.

At 16:27 Hours we were alerted for a Brush Fire in the 5800 Block of Limeville Rd. Caller was reporting a large pile of wood on fire. Engine 49-1 arrived finding a 40x60 garage with heavy fire on Charlie side. Crews worked tirelessly to contain the fire, and the scene was cleared after nearly three hours. Once all the fires were under control, our crews spent an additional couple hours cleaning hundreds of feet of hose and equipment used throughout the day.
