Crash at Mount Vernon & Cains Roads

At 2:37AM on Friday, September 30, Engine 49-2 & Squad 49-1 were dispatched to the intersection of Mount Vernon and Cains Roads in Salisbury Township for a vehicle accident.

Upon response. Lancaster County Communications advised the responding units of a vehicle on its roof at the intersection, with 2 occupants out of the vehicle, stating that they were not injured.

Units arrived and confirmed the report, stating the incident was actually south of the intersection on Mount Vernon Road. The incident is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.

Final units cleared the scene at 3:27 AM.
