Tree removal also drops a utility pole

At 1:05PM, on March 25, Station 49 was dispatched to the 5600 block of Meadville Road in the Meadville section of Salisbury Township for a utility pole & wires down.
Units arrived to find both lanes of Meadville Road blocked by the tree, downed wires and the utility pole. Electric, telephone, and cable tv service was disrupted in the area.
All three utility companies were advised, and Meadville Road was closed between Narvon and Meetinghouse Roads until PPL Electric arrived on the scene with flaggers, and the scene was turned over to them.
Station 49 cleared the scene at 2:08PM.
